If the details you fill in are correct, the app will get connected and it will display every activity on your Comcast account. Your DVR recordings will also get displayed, and here, you get firsthand access to your recordings.

Step 3

Now, you can download your recording to your device by marking all the recordings or marking the set that you need. There is an empty check field beside every recording, so click on your preferred recording to mark it. Locating the recording might be a little tricky as every device has unique processes on how files get saved. However, in most cases, you will find the recording in your download folder since you downloaded it.

Step 6

Here, mark the recordings and either move, send, or copy them to your PC. The transferring process might be fast or slow, depending on the number of recordings you are sending at a time and the size of the recordings too. When you have done this, you have saved your Comcast DVR recordings successfully on your computer.

Second means: Download through Ethernet

For this, the first thing to do is create a connection between your PC and the DVR for the transfer process. Get this done with the Ethernet port at the back of your PC. When you have done this, you will receive a hardware message. Click on the message to get the DVR content displayed on your computer screen.

Step 2
